β β β β β Hi. I ambil pakej permaisuri. Overall servis is okay from sauna, scrub, massage & facial. But i rasa tertipu dengan facial aura seri sebab itβs not really facial. Itβs only like face massage. Usually basic facial will have double cleansing, extraction, mask & face massage. This is basic facial but at your spa, the facial i think is cleansing & face massage only. No machine at all is okay but I hope you can improve the servis. If you want to do only cleansing & face massage, you should reduce the price. The price RM100 for facial aura seri is too expensive which only consist of cleansing & massage.
Update: Pihak hq spa already contact me & explain about the package and apologise for not explain details to me early. My mistake also not asking for the details about the package and they gave free facial. So overall Iβm satisfied with the service after the explaination and free facial. Just misunderstanding from me.

β β β β β Amazing place for relaxing, facial spa and whole body massage. I went there yesterday for a postpartum treatment, its worth it. really love the sauna and massage treatments. Masseuse was so friendly and willing to share some helpful tips.
I really enjoy my session there for a first timer. Will come again, In shaa Allah.

β β β β β Awesome experience by the staffs until I decided to continue for other services. The place is very cozy & comfortable. Definitely would b my new relax-place-to-be. The staffs are all very friendly & experienced by their skills, as ive been to many places inside out the country. Keep it up!
