★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When politician run bussiness ,they're unprofessional in all sector..they only want high turnover, high demand, high expactation but didn't respected your knowledge, your skill ,under estimated your talented,didn't listen your opinion and view your ideas and unrecognized all your work, rude and bad speech with surrounding people especially staff and make you embarassing and demoralize. But they didn't realise that they also zero knowledge about managing organization and become good leader. I unrecommended this place
This is horrible place that you'll ever know.
Wasting your time and energy. Go away !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I come to the premise 3 time and all my perception not as expected. Unable to perform a service even i make an appointment. Service only for halfday with ridiculous resone. No spare part ready while it 3S centre. What the hell. Not recommended at all

The lady slotted me in at 8am.
Note: i had to wait 25 minutes before being entertained as the staffs there were busy attending to other matters except customers.
Today, arrived at 8 and centre was still closed and waited until 8.50 before the cleaning lady informed the centre is closed today.
At least they could have informed us that centre is closed and to reschedule the appointment. Another guy was also waiting for service as appointment was also made.
Definately the worst service centre ever, as I own three other cars from three different manufacturers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at 1st I am lost as I don't know what to do and the staff just told me sit here without further explanation but service was done and everything went well so I blame the raining day (explain later). Encik Amir told me that by right I should stop at the waiting area then there will be someone screen the whole car to note down all defects (scratch or etc) before go into the service bay. this is to ensure no argument later. *I went in directly due to heavy rain so my experience already wrong in the 1st place.*
during the service, I saw him went through all cars and supervise his team to perform their job which is super nice because u can ensure that the staff wouldn't simply do things.
for now, I would come back again. 5 stars to u!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit worried after reading reviews about this service centre but no harm trying to give them fair chance. Due to New Normal, need to make appointment for service which I make almost a week earlier. Arrived on time for the appointment received by warm welcome by the service receptionist and service advisor. They are really friendly and helpful whilst explaining each and every detail of what type of services for the day. Waited for almost an hour for them to complete servicing my X50 first 1,00km service. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services and would definitely come back for my next appointment. Well done.
