★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my son Nova 2i phone for screen replacement on 29/8 and was charged RM220 for original replacement with 1 month warranty. Before the warranty expired, screen was moving even without touching it. Went back before the 1 month warranty expired and they agreed to replace but there no replacement and will call next week after the replacement arrived. Call them twice but replacement not arrived, went back on 3/10 and send the phone. After we left 15 mins, they called said that there was a crack on the screen and they cant replace the screen due to physical damage. After heated exchange even though they admitted the screen was initially faulty, we took back the phone as they were adamant about it. We went to another phone repair shop and was told the screen was not original but OEM and their replacement cost was only RM180 for OEM (1 month warranty) and RM260 (3 month warranty) for original. I would not ever use this company ever again and advise the same to general public. AVOID AT ALL COST!
