★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS COURIER SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. MY PARCEL IS ONLY WITHIN KLANG VALLEY, IT HAS ALREADY POSTED SINCE 4TH OF JUNE. TODAY IS 9TH OF JUNE. ALMOST ONE WEEK BUT I HAVENT RECEIVE MY PARCEL. OTHER COURIER SERVICE ONLY TAKE 1-2 DAYS, WORST 3 DAYS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a parcel through this courier company thought of trying for the first time and I regret doing that. It has been for days I my receiver not yet receive my parcel. When I track it shows security check at the housing area didn't allow but receiver or any other family member never receive any call from the guard house. All this while the guard at the residence allow other courier company to go in. Bad experience.

This is the first time I have encountered such an irresponsible company.What is your company doing??? Really bad service ?cannot solve the customer problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this courier company. Parcel ship from Klang to Cheras but after 2 weeks still not arrive. Company tagline bukan main lagi extraordinarily fast. May i suggest new tagline "extraordinarily sluggish" because that suits your company better
