★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and bad delivery service provider. The delivery man is so unethical to his job. If they cant do this kind of job just dont do and im not sure why is this service provider hiring this kind of people to join their network. If can i dont even want to give any star-rating but since i have no choice and i have to write review im giving them 1 star. Attached photos will show how they deal with customer upon delivery. Please take action on this kind of delivery man and hope no one ever will choose this service provider again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel from 31/5 until now did not receive. First attempt, they miss track the address. The second attempt, the rider did not call me if he cannot find the house then suddenly he said he already return my parcel at pick up hub tf. And now the seller re-attempt but still in transit tf. It should be no star. Im sorry I really hate this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have call cust to check my parcel why stuck to long at warehouse and the person in charge informed me want to check and confirm with me on the same day. However no call I received. I want them to deliver my parcel as soon as possible possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE IGNORE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IN MALAYSIA. Sender & Recipient within Klang Valley. This freight company can take up to 13 days to send out the parcel. No acceptable reason & explanation is given. Delivery speed is the slowest that I have met in my entire life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ever. Parcel checked in at muar on 3/6 morning but no update till then. Today called to their Toll free twice, two ladies PROMISED will get the person in charge call back but no one call back. What a service.
