Pros : Monthly fee considering cheap, up to date machine and good food in cafe.
Cons : 1. Dumbell layout are the worst. Do you expecting customer to carry around 30kg - 40kg dumbell up and forth to bench near the mirror? Crazy.
2. And the staff ask customer to put down the 30kg - 40kg smoothly with out any noise. Management and staff can come workout with me see how they can put the dumbell without any noise. I not even throw the dumbell away. This problem have been since the gym open, rather you ask customer to do this and that find a solution put the thicker mat on the dumbell area.
3. And the dumbell rack was horrible low for your back to pickup 30kg - 40kg dumbell to the bench. Crazy.
4. The T&C are not fair for those who not living in Penang especially for travelers. Imagine you get charge half of your monthly fees from the last payment for your membership. Again crazy. Why we would pay for fees and we are not using the gym? All because of the T&C. Again for travelers please aware for this kind of T&C. Thanks me latter.
5. As the owner claim the term can freeze the fees no such a thing in their T&C. See how being defensive and wrote long reply on others negative reviews not a good impression as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm ordering the meal thru Grabfood and unfortunately the coffee splitting all the way during delivery from Paya Terubong to Bayan Baru. Ended up the meal fell on the floor while the rider wanted to pass it to the customer. No damage on the food but the coffee as the cap wasn't tight enough to hold the drink which definitely required some improvement on the packaging, but I do appreciate the service that given by the seller that they call up to understand the situation and make a promise to look into this matter. Although I don't get the chance to taste the coffee, but I still giving 5 stars rating. From customer point of view, seller attitudes always come first when things happen.

I couldn’t pay on their website, so I contacted with them on WhatsApp.They let me pay directly to their bank account.
The whole process took 10 minutes.
They sorted out the quickest delivery and received my order less then 1 hour!
Smoot process, very friendly and professional staff!
Only can recommend this shop!
Definitely will be shopping there again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most cleanliness gym with a very comfortable coffee area in Penang!Well managed especially in the RMCO period. All the staff are very well manners and good in service. But the way, it would be best if add on treadmill equipment and gym workout classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I have been a long time customer here. Haven't come since MCO. Owner and staff chasing away while I'm parking. Came with family, they went to the shop next door and I was going to go to Ejinutrition. Have the courtesy to come and ask first because I'm not stupid to park at your place if I'm not coming to your shop. Learn the meaning of premium. Doesn't deserve any stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy environment for gym workout. However, it would be nice to add one/two more small scale cable machine as the existing one mostly occupied all the time.
Appreciated if there will be water dispensing machine (Coway/Cukcoo/etc) provided and tissue towel/dryer for dying after hand washed.
Will recommend to friends and family to join membership as the annual fee is quite affordable to public.
