โ โ โ โ โ Every Saturday the parcel mostly won't sent to you, even you receive the message said that will delivery in Saturday, at the end they sure will remark on their website tracking side mention that Undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt Date or unable to call customer, office close many excuse, the fact is they never call you to confirm your office got open or close or send by next day!

โ โ โ โ โ GDEX sent message stated that my parcel already out for delivery at 9 am. I was at home for the rest of the day waiting for it. I heard no door knocking and i received no calls from the delivery man. Tonight i checked in the system and it shows like this " 14:55:18Undelivered due to Refuse to Accept - Consignee Not In ". So disappointing with your service. If this is how you treat your customers, i can't guarantee the future of this business.

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel has been stucked there for one week and there's no update or notice for me. I called the office about 20 times finally someone picked up my call. I asked about my current status of my parcel cuz I've track and there showed "inbound to AIM station" for one week. However the customer service is so bad and for the one who picked up my call , her attitude is super bad and rude. She raised her voice even though I use a soft tone. She said they're short of manpower. If I'm in rush , I have to go to the office and take my parcel myself. If not , I have to wait for one week or more. So , if they're short of manpower, shouldn't they update me about this ??? At least update the status for example "delivery delayed". At least something like this can make me feel more secure about my parcel. I've been waiting and worrying about my parcel being lost. I won't use GDEX again in my life. Their customer and delivery service is really really bad !
