★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first a bit problem we had miss communication but the end everything is good.Love the sofa it looks luxuries colour and very high quality workmanship neat and tidy.Keep it up and i hope can improve service with the good staff..otherwise very satisfied♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the factory/warehouse. Easy to find. The staffs were very very friendly. Very honest when asked questions. Got to meet the owner herself too. Very nice and humble.
At first I was very excited to see the furniture in front of my eyes. But when I stepped into the warehouse, I felt disappointed. There were too many furniture arranged in standing position (you can imagine chesterfield sofa arranged standing on one side of its arm). I really understand the business is doing great and there were increased in demand but they need to maintain their quality too. If the furniture were arranged that way and left for months, that'll ruin the fabric/material. They should either arrange properly or make agreement with buyer to let go of the furniture after months in store. The waiting / queue time to get the furniture is 3-4 months which was why I cancelled my plan to buy from them. Again, they should stop their production if their storage is full or let go of the furniture made that were not claimed after certain months as ready stock.
There were some sofa newly made (customer's), haven't yet wrapped but left along the warehouse, so other customers who came and visit also sat on the sofa which was not very hygienic. Price wise was standard for a meranti+mixed wood/plywood. I've done some survey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. Went to few showrooms. Ella furniture is the best. They have their own factory. Price is cheaper. But the place is a bit far and the road to the factory has to go through kampung area. Recommended to visit. Very friendly treatment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En faris helps me a lot through material choosing and everything.. Order this sofa on 10 may 2022, and they send it to me on 8 june 2022!! It was really fast… Seriously ! the production team really did a good job and the finishing is superrrrr duper satisfying and of course beautiful as always seen on instagram..All the staff were very friendly from the start.. En faris, logistic people and deliveryman as well!! It is reliable and trusting company so you guys dont have to think twice to choose ELLA FURNITURE for your furniture expert..
