★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman staff is so rude . I am regular customer here, the electrical appliance in my house mostly bought here . She talk so rude during a phone call just now when my mom ask her about the date of installation of my aircond that I just bought here few weeks ago . My mom spoke to her nicely, but this woman talk so rude as soon as she pick up the call and tried to hang up when my mom want to ask another question (delivery fees) . My mom want to ask just 2 question, the date and the delivery fees . She told that my mom ‘menyusahkan dia je’ and told to understand ‘pekerja sibuk banyak kerja’ . End up install my aircond with another store . Im done buying things here . Gonna purchase another aircond for other room with other store . Courts and Senheng are better, their staff are friendly eventhough their appliances are bit pricy . Act like a boss . Stupid . Maybe her parents didn’t educate her well . That’s why she end up working there . So low class .
