โ โ โ โ โ Shopping in Senheng is like looking for gold in a river....you have to find it yourself without any help. This place has a lot of items but they loose it on the staff. 8 staff, yes eight ! Nobody opens their mouth. Then when asked they don't even know their products. they advertise products but they never have them in the house. It's always the same : we have to order So here's my advice : Find another shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service, bought 2 items a fridge and a washing machine which was supposed to be delivered on a particular date, full payment has been made and both item can't be delivered on the date. Apparently the sales advisor did not check with his manager and the manager didn't bother to contact me until the very last minute. The washing machine that I've bought has apparently been discontinued and no solutions were given, the manager keep on insisting that her sales advisor did not communicate with her. This is utter rubbish wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Better try your luck at the Grand Sen Heng.
