★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شكرا سعادة السفير وليد ابو علي على ما قدمه من مساعدات لقد علقنا انا و اهلي هنا في ماليزيا نظرا لما تتعرض له البلاد من وباء covid 19 و قد قمنا بمناشدة سفارتين دون جدوى علما باني احمل الوثيقة و بعدما قطعت بنا السبل قمنا بمناشدة السفير الفلسطيني وليد ابو علي الذي لم يتردد في الاستجابة لمناشدتنا و قد قدم لنا المساعده و استضافنا في منزله وسط اجواء عائلية للحد من توتر .لم اتوقع سرعه الاستجابة و تلبية مطلبنا لقد قام بالواجب و اكثر و هو متواضع جدا في التعامل.ممتنه جدا لك سعادة السفير وليد ابو علي
Thank you, Ambassador Walid Abu Ali, for the assistance he provided. My family and I have been stuck here in Malaysia due to the covid epidemic 19, and we have appealed to two embassies to no avail knowing that I am carrying the document and after we were cut off we appealed to the Palestinian ambassador, Walid Abu Ali, who did not hesitate to respond to our plea and gave us help and hosted us in his home in a family atmosphere to reduce tension. I did not expect the speed of response and meeting our demand. He did the duty and more and he is very humble in dealing. Very grateful to you, Ambassador Walid Abu Ali
