★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is small, waited at outside for more than 45 minutes(Under the big sun&mosquitos around),people aren't that much, but security guards don't let us wait inside. One of the staff was super unfriendly, the client asked some questions and she said:"You're not allowed to ask anything, we don't want to stay here until midnight ..." So they just want money and don't care about you. If you are not sure that you can get back your passport within 7 working days, please pay Rm 640/ visa for Express service (3 working day) as you are not allowed to make any request = .=

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in March 2019 and got my visa the same day. The staff were efficient and polite. There are 2 areas of improvement. I arrived early and was first in line. When the door opened, the security guard wanted to check my documents. This held me up long enough for the next guy to jump the queue. He was from an agency with 4 applications which caused me to wait 30 minutes. I question whether checking my documents should be part of the guard’s job, or was he in cahoots with the agency. Second area of improvement — we all had to go to a specified bank to pay the fee. Honestly, this is not very intelligent. The Embassy should allow some kind of online transfer, if not credit cards.
