not once but few time happen - last minute cancel appointment with reason SHE IS BUSY, change location from PJ to setia alam the very last minute while I already arrive and waiting there in PJ with no reason given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Master Katherine is so skillful! She know what she do. Many friends of mine said do lip colour is damn painful, but with Katherine, it is not painful at all. She also give all the professionals advice before do the eyebrows and lips. I'm so satisfied with the outcome, lips colour is so natural and yet stand-up color, eyebrows shape and color so nice!
