β β β β β Gel mani disaster. I got my gel manicure done but the same night they started peeling off. The next morning, all 3 fingers started peeling off. Went back to get them redone. They did the ones that came off. The next day the other fingers started peeling off. A bit frustrating having to go back everyday when a gel mani should last a minimum of 2 weeks!

β β β β β Went to their paradigm outlet & did the gel manicure. I was so excited but turned out it was a total dissapointment. The manicurist is a very young expatraite lady looks like a teenager, the whole outlet are all expat, none is local. Turned out the result is super duper dissapointing, the colour didn't even cover my nail properly, & it doesn't look shinny at all. It's a total let down & not at all worth paying rm106 for that. I can even do better than this so why do you think i need to pay the price for a professional? Definitely first & last visit for me!

β β β β β Staffs were really friendly but sadly, I will never go here again. I went for a basic shape + buff mani pedi which was quite expensive and one girl did my mani, the other did pedi. both girls accidentally over-snipped and cut the skin on my nails (one pinky finger & TWO toe nails). It was painful >.< the buffer didn't even last that long (i know other places with better, longer lasting shine) Oh well.... I hope they'll improve :(
