★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) I had the worst experience with a tailor here. 2 weeks after raya my kurung was still not ready. Whats worst is that days before raya i called so many times and the tailor did not even answer!
2) Second experience which was a separate case is my kurung top was badly done and when i send for alteration no follow up was made.
One month after, i asked when i could come pick up, they said i could come anytime as it was ready. I double checked (because theyre the worst) and asked , did you alter the neck area, they said yes its done. I drove 20mins to this place, only to find out the needle was still intact to the kurung top and no alteration was made! they apologised and said “im sorry i assumed it was already ready” but Who in the right mind assume things and tell their customers to come n collect their clothes n said it was already altered when it was not?? Wasted my time driving there and driving back for the most stupid service i have ever gotten from a tailor and ive tried many.
Ill stay away from this jokers!

ordered a modern kurung (malay dress) with my own lace - it’s been 10 weeks, and i’m still waiting for news of my dress...
no follow-ups (you have to chase them about the status), no respect for deadlines they set (I went in for the agreed fitting date THREE separate visits and didn’t leave with my dress).
sure you may end up with a good fit & dress in the end but if time is a factor, given the price point & with all the other choices in the market, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

Incredible fitting with the finest fabric. I was extremely happy with the finished product and got so many compliments on the dress at the event !
