★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet guys really doing work genuinely. Went for charging port fault but after they checked there was full of dust in the port so they just cleaned it. Most of the repair centre that i went they told charging port fault and cost me about rm 180++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my phone for to check because of water damage. They diagnosed the phone and gave me quotations about the cost of repair. In the end I chose not to repair as its not worth for the hassle for and old phone. But they didn't charge me single sen and still gave a really good service throughout the process. Will definitely recommend this shop.

Overall a very good experience and all that makes in a week, definitely recommended if you need any mobile repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place through Google because needed battery replacement for my OnePlus 6T which might be slightly rare battery now than before. Thank God this place still have battery stock for my phone.
Their service is very good and they helped explain in detail about the battery and tips on how not to damage or drain the battery in the long run. Jason and the crew were very helpful and friendly.
Parking around uptown might be a problem, so it's better to park in Starling Mall and then walk outside towards this place. It's not that far and save you a lot of hassle of finding parking outside.
Price was quite reasonable compared to other phone fixing places. Will definitely come again if I have any phone problems. Thanks SPR! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing some survey online, this shop provides one of the lowest price for LCD screen replacement for iPad. Does not greeted well by its staff when entering into the shop. The replacement time is decent within 1 working day. However the LCD is not really well fixed, it is popping out at the bottom. Workmanship is fair. Dead pixel spotted after 1 month of replacement. You get what you pay.
TL;DR:
Good: Price, repair time, chat response time.
Unsatisfied: Quality of parts, professionalism of staff.
Chance of me getting back: Less likely
