★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very great place for a bunch of friends to have a party or gathering and stay overnight. The whole environment is great and can accommodate more than 12ppl. The price is very reasonable worth for the value. The drawback is probably the sound proof is not ideal. Besides that, due to city development, the road is some how confusing and is a bit of challenging to find the place especially for people who is not from Kuala Lumpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor workmanship. Staying there for less than 1 year, ceiling and toilet are all leaking. Especially those windows defect. Caused minor flooding when raining. Always short circuit and safety become a concern. My dog and furniture nearly gone where our extension is burst and fire due to over current. The replacement of whole house electric appliances and got to find elsewhere to stay during repair. Waste time and money and energy definitely. Own stay nor investment is not a good choice neither unless you like to find trouble for yourself always???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a month back for a short stay with my friend at redwood, empire residence. Honestly speaking, this place is quite cozy and nice. Only just the landscaping isn't as well maintained so I hope they will improve to upkeep it more in the future. Security is strict which is a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay - CNY gathering! The unit we rent is not so clean. Very quiet, because mostly not occupied. Friendly speaking, I feel that the design is not useful for the Auntie like me, a lots of Un-useful space occupied n cannot fit in the cabinets.
