โ โ โ โ โ Itโs hard to find this place if you are first timer here. Hard for Agra food, or Foodpanda to reach you. And even if you plan to call Grab to fetch you, you have to inform them MyEG landmark instead as the M Tower is not listed as pickup point in Grab. For now, parking is free for first come and first serve.

โ โ โ โ โ Soho unit.. duplex. The design was nice, can choose building view or mountain view depending on the house unit. Parking is still free.. only cons is the entrance is a bit confusing. Waze is still not updated for M tower lobby entrance

โ โ โ โ โ 1. Lift (elevator) is super slow and often breaks down
1. Parking is not provided for each unit.
2. Cleanliness is not maintained.
3. Management does not allow installing internet other than TIME.
4. Tariff for water is set at RM36.
5. Electricity tariffs follow commercial rates that are twice as much as domestic rates. so not suitable for domestic tenants.
6. Management office located far from the M Tower.
