โ โ โ โ โ Topping agak sedikit jika dibandingkan dgn cawangan Ipoh Parade..ada staff yg x membantu, dah tahu kita nak yg offer rm11 tu, bukannya nak inform yg kita beli belum cukup rm11...lg beberapa puluh sen je lg...bila kita tanya mcm acuh tak acuh je jawab..by d way, bila Empire Sushi nak ada dine in restaurant yg ada belt tu... Sbb sy prefer Empire berbanding Sushi King..
 Topping is a bit small compared to the Ipoh Parade branch..there are staff who are helpful, I know we want to offer RM11, instead of wanting to inform that we bought not enough RM11 ... a few tens of cents more ... if we ask mcm indifferent je answer..by the way, if Empire Sushi wants to have dinner in a restaurant with that belt ... So I prefer Empire over Sushi King ..

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service of the lady is terribly bad. This incident happen on 20/1/2021, 7.50 pm. She was very rude in how she dealt with me. Didnโt bother to engage with the customers rather just behaving rudely as if she didnโt get paid enough.

โ โ โ โ โ I was very very very disappointed by their sushi, especially their salmon sushi. Salmon sushi costs me rm2. 20, but the salmon is thinner than a piece of paper. Also, I've ordered salmon sushi with shoyu, but they didn't give me shoyu and still charge me extra money for shoyu. I will never visit empire sushi anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Never have I ever met such rude customer service from the ladies behind the counter. Three different groups of Malay customers came after me as I was clearly standing there waiting to be served, but they got served before me. As I was trying to let them know Iโm ready to order, they told me to go and queue up again at the far end. Unbelievable. Is it because Iโm a Chinese? Lol I genuinely hope itโs not because of my race. Never have I ever tried your sushi but never will I ever go to Empire Sushi again.

โ โ โ โ โ Basic sushi, very reasonably priced. There's some small seats for you to dine in if you preferred. Hope they can be better maintained. Sushi can be conveniently packed for takeout. Plenty of options to choose. You can find all the usual kapa maki, ebikko, mochi etc. U can also find the Tom Yam dip hotpot, which is quite nice too.
