KFC in Malaysia is substandard, compared to what you get on the UK/US.
The staff here are pleasant enough and I was served pretty quickly (arrived at 3pm).

β β β β β During this PKP, they can only open one counter at a time. Queue can be quite long during peak hours. There are only 3 tables inside the premise and more tables outside.
The food was solid good. The girl who served me, whatever her name was, she was kind enough to handle my fussiness on selecting the parts of chicken I asked the other day. That is all. I think it's all good here.

β β β β β Dear KFC Malaysia, I have no idea why the quality of kfc in this country is getting worse day by day. The chicken is absolutely tasteless, what is happening yeah? The last time I had good kfc was in old town klang kl in 2002. If you cannot deliver good quality of kfc chicken and other main dishes, just close down the bussiness!

β β β β β No doubt it takes longer queue time for food order....but the taste, freshness still consider good.... newly renovation at the end of year 2019.... more places to sit....more privacy.... ambience is quite good.... suitable for friends gathering..... prices consider affordable compare with other restaurants at the same shopping mall

β β β β β One of the worst branch. Their staff probably reheat the chicken for days, because we got bad and smelly pieces of chicken, it doesn't feel fresh, felt like it was reheated from yesterday's leftover.
