Please take action &remind your staff name (Hidayah BINTI Haladi )how to appreciate once customer come your shop,,no greating,no smile,no server,,busy to clean shop,but don't care customer waiting at front ,,after I pay,,she give balance only put money only the table top!!
So rude,, attitude this person cannot put in front to give service to other customers..so bad service I received ..

โ โ โ โ โ Sunday, 26-9-2021 3.58 PM me and my sister received a very bad costumer service by a malay worker who responsible to get the orders. If got option to choose 0 star I would like to pick that due to rude and bad attitude given by that malay. TBH, this is the worst Sushi Empire that Iโve ever went.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there today (26/9/2021) at around 4 pm. The staff serving the customers (the one that pick the sushi) were so rude and have no manner! It is as if sheโs never received any training from the company! She also give an unreasonable rule to the customer.
Provide proper training for your staff, please! Itโs not like weโre asking for charity.
Not going to go there anymore after this.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there at 1pm but the sushi was not prepared (they sold the previous dayโs sushi as the quantity was too small) and went there at 6pm in the same day, yet there was ntg there. Maybe they only make one batch of sushi for one whole day. This thing has been happening for the past one month. Very disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ The sushi here is very limited. There are only empty trays. And on top of that, the staffs here are very rude. We ordered few that was left and when we asked for chopsticks the reply was super rude. Felt like never visiting Empire Sushi again.
