I have been at all the Penang's subway. But I have to give this the Subway sunway carnival 5 stars. Good job keep up your kindness and friendliness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst Subway branch I have been to. As it is very convenient for me, I have often visited this place and every time I wish they have improved but they keep getting bad at service. Staff is not courteous at all, some even passed few comments in Malay just because I talk in English (being an expat). But the way they make your sub is worse of all. Sauces will come out on the paper more than staying inside, amount of toppings and way of keeping them will be based to the mood of the staff and some just want to wrap up and move on. Really bad quality at such a prime location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Anything you ask they say we don't have. No bowls to serve corn, coffee machine is broken. They substitute cheese n throw stuff on subs. Poor way of making subs.
