★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11.20pm 19 september 2017. Worst customer service ever met. When we approach, waited for service and to choose sushi but no one service us and we try to signal them yet service is slow. When we going to pay, they rejected our Rm50 with rude manners. She indicate that we just buy few sushi but pay with huge note with rude manners and we decided not to buy from them. Bad experience and shouod be improved the customer service

This time , ordered wasabi and mayonnaise.. both tak dapat... nak call branch , no contact number available .that day sushi kurang... now this :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People queuing to buy one person is serving, the rest 5-6 people making sushi behind the kitchen and the queue is making longer and longer. Should suggest at least 1-2 people serving customer instead of one people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to file a complaint on the cashier. Extremely rude behavior!!!
Time: 18:21:54, is it already closing time? As we saw that they were packing, my mother had asked politely if they were closing and the male employee told us "no". So, we'd proceeded to make our order. I noticed that the guy was restless and was rushing our order, so I thought he was busy with something & I tried to order faster to not waste his time.
Upon paying, he'd quickly packed up the order and turned to another employee, yelling out, "Do you know what time it is? Do you know what time it is ah?? You don't know? You don't know?? Niama chibai!"
I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this behavior.
Is this what your brand is about when it comes to customer service?
If it was closing time, please let your customers know as we will understand.
I hope something will be done about this as it is absolutely unacceptable.
