โ โ โ โ โ First time visit to DOZO. The food was good, I mean really good. Nice environment. Having bunch of attentive staff, which is very good! I am pleased. And restaurant is clean.
Everything was good until the matcha green tea ice cream is served. Not able to order single scoop, but double scoop it is. It tasted like the matcha Green tea ice-cream has been oxidised. The taste turn no good. (One star is being taken off)
Hope they will restock/ redo new batch of matcha green tea ice-cream soon,

โ โ โ โ โ Tldr; a great Japanese restaurant that offers a range of Japanese cuisine including sashimi, sushi, fried food and dishes to be paired with rice. Good service with fresh and Delicious food. Can easily accommodate up to 8people in their private room, and the parking there is hassle free as there is a carpark in the building.
Review:
Ordered a good range of food including sashimi,oysters, skewers, fried tofu, hotpot and stir fried mushroom.
First of all, all of their raw stuff was quite fresh. The texture and taste is really good. I've had salmon, hamachi sashimi and also fresh oysters with special seasoning. It 2as all good.
As for the skewers, the taste was alright, But the standout being their shiitake mushroom, it was delicious!
Aside from those, a really yummy dish is their stir fried beef with mushrooms. The beef was cut into small cubes and grilled perfectly. It was really really tender when it was served, totally wasn't overcooked at all. This is definitely one of tlmy favourite dish for the night.
Other than their food, their waiters and waitresses were very fast, attentive and friendly as well. The food was served in a quick manner.
The restaurant itself is a little bit packed but we were in the private room so it was no issue for us. For what I've seen, even if you're sitting at the main area, it wouldn't be too crowded as well. Would be comfortable to dine in.
Overall would recommend to anyone who likes Japanese food. Comparable restaurants are like Sushi Zento, Kaze, Edo Ichi etc.

Service is kinda weak. Waitress walk pass few times with empty hand also didnโt observe my green tea cup is empty at the corner of the table. Have called twice to get it refilled.

โ โ โ โ โ The food is healthy, fresh and delicious. The portions r surprisingly big. No doubt the menu here leans on the pricey side but for an experience, it's ??. Soft shell crab not oily, salmon melts in ur mouth n the mushroom dish is yummy ?.

โ โ โ โ โ The food was nice, price slightly higher compare to other Japanese restaurant but the portion is enough to fill me up.
Taste good.
Nice environment.
We get a private room of 10 which was quite nice.
Parking space still consider okay and is free currently.
Like most of the Japanese restaurant, green tea and plain water can be refill.
Very near to airport.
