β β β β β Amazing place to live in, with the grocery place downstairs, mamak and uptown kota damansara right across!
The only issue is the inefficient management.
They don't reply to your emails well and barely pick up their calls and I've moved out 2 months ago and my move out deposite have not been refunded yet eventhough I've sent countless emails and called them multiple times.
The guards are pretty okay, unless you're moving in or out because it seems like the guards were not informed about moving in and/or out activities even when you've submitted your form way before 7 days and have paid your move in/out deposit.

β β β β β Come for the Az-3rd dose, is fast and accurate for getting the appointment, Large space here with full of system SOP, but better go and queue early, took me around 1 hours to complete the 3rd vaccination today.

β β β β β Went here as I rented a unit here for 1 night. The place is nice & easy access to many landmarks. But the issue is that the security guard is too rude. Almost have a fist fighting with the guard.

β β β β β Opened during MCO... Unfortunately many empty lot.. Nothing much to offer except for Jaya grocer, richiamo, ninso, and some salons... Other than that... 70% is still looking for tenant to rent/buy... Hopefully by year end, more will open their shop here and make the place lively...

β β β β β Emporis residence members can access thos facilities are: Swimming pool, Gym, basketball ball play ground, table tennis play ground, children play ground, walikng and hang out place have and lots of many more. At the ground floor have large Joya grocery. Have a Salon, Niniso, food court, laundry, many restaurants.

β β β β β Here for booster shot. Very efficient. Come 2hours early before my appointment and it when well. Although during peak hour (lunch time), still in control and smooth. Just follow the red line on the floor and you'll reach the vaccination booth.

β β β β β The food is great the drinks also very good. Great place to hang out with friends, family and kids, well lit and visible if group of ladies want to hang out here. Service is fast and efficient. The new portal to order on the website is a bit confusing to use but a good addition to get order correctly. If going as a group I suggest 1 person to order as multiple people scan means multiple bills for single table.
