POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ! ! ! First of all, we would like to point out that the above statement only direct to one of the management staff (Chinese, short and wearing spectacles) of HOCK KEE SENG Gong Badak. We have been the loyal customer of Hock Kee Seng for quite a long time but the event that happened today just make us realize we are just some expendable customer that do not deserve to have a respect from the management staff of HKS who try to humiliate us in public. We bought things frequently from HKS because the store near to our house and the vegetables at there are freshly supplied. As usual, we enter the store picking vegetable, we pick canned food, chicken, and a lot of vegetable. Suddenly, we found the white carrot we picked are old stock, and the new stock just arrived. As a loyal customer, it our sincere tiny demand to change the old carrot for the freshly arrived carrot. Suddenly the supervisor(or manager, because i am not sure about his position), Chinese, Short, and wearing spectacles appeared before us and said to staff who is putting the price on vegetable:"Do not sell to her." and he said to me:"We don't need customer like you." As a customer who have been visiting the store frequently to make purchase, those words really strike into our heart like a spear go through the body. How can the manager/supervisor said something like this? It is a very common sense for every consumer that vegetable or food that we bought from the market is suppose to be fresh. As a common consumer, we absolutely will choose the most fresh vegetable than the previously arrived. Maybe from entrepreneur point of view, our action maybe unethical because we didnt follow the rules of the market because we pick the later arrive vegetable over the previous one. As a manager/supervisor of a supermarket, is it necessary for him to said something like this:" WE DONT NEED CUSTOMER SUCH AS YOU ! ! !" Finally, we are sorry if we did cause any trouble during the event. I dont blame HOCK KEE SENG overall, just my personal thought that the supervisor/manager is too narrow minded. In my opinion, management staff should assist customer to buy the right product, and under any circumstances, no matter how pressurized he is, do not ever said something to hurt customer. I hope he can understand this.

A long-lasting hypermarket has been successful for the people of Terengganu. But now it's losing customers because of the difference in prices of goods higher than the Mydin supermarket .. so..hmmm

Nice to have a convenience store which looks quite big, and have quite many things. Sadly the security guard prevented us from entering with our backpackers' bags, and asked us to put them in lockers, and a locker is half the size of my bag. Damn smart, that security guard. Another one with "don't care" attitude.

This place has everything one Chinese person will need starting from their traditional stuffs to traditional alcohol. This shop is so popular that everyone in Terengganu knows about this place, but i was surprised with their beer collection. I found fake(foreign) beers except from Asahi. Please check properly before buying!

Many shelves are empty. Business was down since MCO lockdown. Very poor management currently.

Hi frends yestrday i visited emporium hock seng .this is like small mall.hve 2 floors.ther we cn buy daily routinue goods .there also cn buy beers .bcz here terengganu hard to search beers.other all rest goods like cousmetics.rice .cleaning products and soft drink all avaliables.there dont hve any car parking.its look like outside old .but inside nice. Thx
