Good solution for flooring leaking issue！！?? We are very satisfy with the service and the product ? The boss are very knowledgeable with the house structure and provide us a lot of useful suggestion in others renovation knowledge ?

POOR SERVICE, LOUSY QUALITY, BUT CHARGE EXORBITANT PRICES. I engaged this company back in 2018 when I first noticed water stains on my ceiling. When they came and saw a crack just above my ceiling, they advised me to do a recoating. The company assured me that their recoating is water proof and is as good as retiling from any other company. They boasted about the size of their company and charged me RM6800 to do a recoating back in 2018. They assured me that the recoating is enough to resolve my problem and that it covers a warranty of over 3 years. Soon after the recoating was done, I started to notice water stains in my ceiling again. I contacted them to come and resolve the issue however it was dragged on, and when they finally came to address my problem, they said they would apply the recoating once more. At this point, I advised them to apply some waterproofing in the crack first, before recoating the crack. They had ignored my advise and carried on with applying the coating. A while later, I notice the water stain in my ceiling accumulating again and contacted them. My problem was not solved since I first engaged them back in 2018 until now!! Despite the numerous times I've contacted them and complained over the years, they've only come to address my issue twice! A few months ago, in 2020, when I saw the water stain in my ceiling getting larger and larger, I called the company to come and take a look and they've kept delaying and pushing and brushing aside their responsibilities until finally THE INTEGRITY OF MY CEILING COLLAPSED and left A HUGE HOLE IN MY CEILING!! Now every time it rains, water would drip into my bedroom! The hole is there for months now! I've been patient and waiting for them to get back to me and resolve my problem as it was never solved in the first place and is now worse than ever!!! Keep in mind that it's still under warranty but it's finally obvious that this company doesn't intend to stand by their quality and promises. It's obvious to me, they do not plan to honor their responsibilities. I write this review to warn future customers to think twice before engaging their services. I came to them in 2018 and gave my trust to them to fix a small crack in my ceiling, and I am now entering 2021 with a huge leaking hole through my ceiling. Irregardless of the ridiculous price they charged for sloppy work and 2 years worth of headache, I can't imagine how much it'll cost to fix my ceiling now. I am disappointed in how this company runs their business, especially the JB branch which I engaged. I took my time to write this review because it is a small problem that had left me with a huge headache now. This is just an honest review from a very unsatisfied customer to warn anyone who's considering to engage the company "En Multi Coat" in the future. I hope everyone has a better sense of judgement than me, otherwise you'll be leaving with more problems that you had when you first looked them up.

i have took the service from kluang branch for my toilet floor, bad attitude. the floor havent dry, but they hurry to do the coating... i asked them to pause and dry the floor first but the leader shout with me (ask that how long i want them to wait?and their paint very expensive already mixed cant wait ...)so stupid, doing work without thinking, if ur paint so expensive, you should wait till the floor dry then u mixed ur chemical paint then brush...if not dry enough and later got problem u need to do it again...more expensive and wasting time...my time ur time and dont know whose money! not enough experience about water leaking... stubborn attitude hard to discuss. few days before hurted by the sharp sand and bleed... very bad unfinished work ...drop one more star to 1 star...
