★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t trust this developer. Don’t be taken in by all their nice marketing brochures or mockups. They are only artist impression. What you see may not be what you get. Cheapest quality materials they will provide you. Give you planters without plants. Look at their other properties that they developed first. Finally, if the architect that they engage is a company starting with N** for the development, better run far far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We also bought their Puteri Harbour project based on the artist impressions when they first launched it in 2012. Only VP in 2018.
They were trying to rush through the project in order to minimise their LAD compensation. The property was in a construction state when we collected our keys. A lot of residents were very unhappy with what we are getting. Paid premium price for low housing quality. Painting on the building peeling, markings on carpark floor hardly visible. 2 years until now, swimming pools and squash court still cannot be used.
Encorp is very good at taichi-ing. Nothing to talk about quality service.
Latest update in Oct 2020 (2 yrs 9 mths after VP):
Swimming pool is leaking water from L10 to L7, concealed fire hydrant leaking at basement. Flooding at L6 redirected to flooding at ground floor. Developer is doing nothing, disclaiming their responsibilities from poor workmanship after DLP.
