Would like to highlight one thing. Absolutely gobsmacked by the standard of security guards.
I moved in on friday. And went to kl after that. Eventhough i had the car sticker, these jokers decides to clamp my car. When i came back, this security guard named 'AMIT' decided it was cool to extort some cash from someone not based here. Even laughed at me when i told him i did not carry cash and when i wanted to do contactless payment.
Its actually a pretty decent place to stay, but absolutely horrified by standards of security.
Management team, if u see this, kindly take some action and change out the security team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad for the low quality workmanship and material for the building provided by this developer. what went wrong as the developer got good image but the product is terrible. at the 1st time collect the key, i got serious problem with pipe leaking, air cond not function, lot of material in rusty condition, bad workmanship on wall plastering, floor tiles major scratch, lot of cement stain / leftover on wall, floor, floor trap, ceiling damaged, floor tiles hollow, incomplete construction works, etc. its took 5 months for developer to look into the defect rectification works and its still in progress of repairing!!!!!!!!. every day i need to spend time at developer office to ask their contractor to complete the repairing works immediately.
Developer should look into this matter seriously as it involve purchaser/investor who support your business. there are lot more to take care by developer especially common area such as pool maintenance, security system, fire fighting system, mosquito prevention, housekeeping, etc.
hope developer take serious and immediate action regarding this matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay is available, very reasonable price to experience. Studio size unit, helpful cleaner. But overall this condo is very new, still in the progress of construction, duirng day time, there are lots of construction noise to be heard and no much people or residents staying yet.
