★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase any products from here. I bought a chair last year and the product was so bad that the mechanism broke. I took it back to them and they said I have to fix myself as they are no longer producing this item..guess coz of the bad quality. Please be careful when dealing with them. Sales person in Mary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will never visit this furniture shop, ENOMA at LDP in the future.
Two ladies, one fat and another one with short hair were giving bad customer service. The sales persons there judge the customers and look down on customers.
Also, don't trust their words. We like 2 products and asked for smaller size and lower height respectively, the sales lady with short hair claimed that those are the only sizes (which is not true). The way the sales ladies responded to my mum made me felt very uncomfortable.
We manage to get the same product from another furniture shop with better offer and with 2 sizes for option which the sale person in ENOMA claimed that the product has only 1 size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a marcoco series 6 seater dining table a few years ago for RM3300. Today, it suddenly broke apart. I then found out that The wood supposedly supporting the table legs is actually chip wood( it looks like hundred layers of cardboard stick together to me tho) . Ferried the whole broken table back to them today( 23/2/20), but they say nothing much they can do. Ask me to call their boss?which i know will deny everything. Btw, when i bought that time, their after sales svc was also very bad. Delayed delivery etc. so i wont bother !
