2) put wrong purchase code (expect customer to know their furniture code ?!)
3) didn't check the stock status of furniture before deliver and let customer to wait FROM MORNING TILL EVENING ( is it lorry guy and shop seller no communication ?!)
4) ask customer to direct deal with lorry guy for the delivery (is it lorry guy and shop seller no communication ?!)
5) still deliver wrong model of furniture
So tired to deal with this shop. No more next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. The person that I dealt with was Satu. Highly arrogant individual and expects the customer to call him to arrange for a delivery date.
He could also question me as to why I wanted my delivery date to be longer. When they are trying to make a sale, they are extremely polite. Can't say the same once they have completed the transaction. Will edit my review once I get my dining table. I would certainly never be buying from this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service - average. Mr Satu took longer time to propose the chair and didn’t get back of the changes. But the chair was not as per as we expected. There is no display in the shop and we have to wait for his feedback. The quality of the table was good. But 2 out of 8 of the chair was unbalance. The chair high density foam as per Satu described was not comfortable as per what Satu explained.
