★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an ear wax removal from Dr. Subha. She was very professional, really kind, and quite informative. It wasn't expensive either as I only had to pay RM 115 for procedure, consultation and medication. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a few times. Doctor was okay, reasonable price for every treatment but this time the front desk receptionist @ nurse was very rude and unprofessional (FYI it was a malay woman). I WILL NOT come back to this clinic ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Doctor Subra! Very helpful, baik & gentle during the treatment. My son had put something in his brother’s nose which cause to ‘blocking’ in the nose & unpleaseant smells. Doc manage to take it out ? & my son said it is not painful at all during the treatment. I did not make any appoinment, just walk in.. so need to wait around 40-60mins .. but overall is okay despite of long wait. Nurses were also very friendly and giving clear instruction on how to consume medicines. Recommended to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive . Sorry for my honest comments. Wanted to clean ears but she said nothing to clean. Thought my condition due to ears . For small consult , medicine & simple procedure , I felt it was overpriced . Shocked when I was issued bill . Otherwise doctor friendly and reassuring . Reception staff not warm type . Overall experience disappointing
