β β β β β Extremely unethical clinic/ bad service of the nurse. I have fully paid for the flu vaccine and wanted to go for second dose vaccination after 1 month. Called the nurse but she said out of stock. I complained then she told me there is customer and will return call then hang my call. She didn't reply my call and i called her back in 15 minutes but there's no answer. I continued to call her over 40 times in 1 hour but she refused to answer my call. I have fully paid and she is not even willing to let me know what has happened and when will the stock arrive. This is theft. I will consider going to the police station to report the case since she and the clinic is not willing to answer my phone call

β β β β β First time visit here today. Dr Hwong explained thoroughly about my problems. This is the first ever general GP that I met who is full of patience. Psychologically the consultation had eased my concerns very much too. Glad that I decided last minute not to visit my companyβs panel clinic (sucking n horrible unprofessional) and visit this and pay by myself.
