โ โ โ โ โ Judging by the rating here, it shows that this is an ongoing problem and nobody is trying to fix it.. I'm not the only one SCAMMED huh..
I would give 1โญ if I can honestly. This is the 2nd time i ordered from EpicFood in Grab. The first time was bad but i give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe that day was a fluke. Today the food would be ok. But, nope... I regret spending even a single cent here coz its sooooo NOT WORTH IT!!
I ordered the Chicky Thai Thai - the portion for chicken is so small, thai sauce is just non existence and the FRIED rice is just plain white rice that are overcooked, soggy and can be considered as porridge at this point.
I guess thats why you gave 50% offer huh so that you can cut the quality to half too. How are you guys still in business??

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered delivery from Non- on GrabFood and it turns out that it came from Epic. I had never tried Epic but this meal prepared by Epic horrified me. Firstly there was a mix up. I had ordered a non-chicken schnitzel burger and a non-beef burrito but I had received two burgers instead. Secondly the fries are the worst I had ever tasted. It was soggy to the point of soaked and tasteless. I once thought KFC had bad fries (dry, cold and tasteless) but the fries from Epic is just a different level. It wasn't even the kind of soggy fries that people who like soggy fries would eat. The burger was okay but the non-chicken one had really dried parts that were hard to swallow while the non-beef had parts that were not seasoned evenly so it tasted like it didn't go well together as a burger. Last meal from Epic.

โ โ โ โ โ In summary, this restaurant has enough disrespect to its customers to charge 4 star restaurant prices for what's essentially prison food. I won't even say it's school cafeteria food because I've had school and university cafeteria food that was still terrible and overpriced, but at least it was better than this which hardly counts as edible. Details below:
We ordered two salted egg spaghetti with popcorn chicken on Grab. As well as a lemonade and a latte. The name was Pasta King on Grab.
2x Salted Egg Spaghetti with popcorn chicken (RM20 each without discount) :
- The portions were ridiculously small
- Spaghetti was dry
- What little sauce they had was tasteless
- Chicken was tasteless
- Had a strange burnt cardboard smell that came from the box of food. I hope they didn't try anything weird like reheating prepared food together with the box.
Lemonade (RM7.30 without discount):
- The amount was way too little, estimated 300ml or so
- Little taste
Latte (RM10.60 without discount):
- The amount was very little. Around the amount of a small from McDonald's
- Not exactly at the low of bad instant coffee but it feels like the coffee you would get at a coffee vending machine. I think I've had certain instant coffee that tastes better than this though
I ordered through Grab where we had a discount so we only paid RM38.42 for this, but the original price is RM57.77. Also, the pictures on Grab are very misleading.
There is nothing good to say about this restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm not someone that usually leaves a negative review, but this place is honestly a scam. Their pasta is the worst I've ever tasted and so overpriced even with a discount. Original price is RM20+, paid for RM13. What you get in a Salted Egg Pasta w Popcorn Chicken is a small portion of cold spaghetti, sauce that barely covers the portion and tastes like cardboard (no taste at all), and a few pieces of hard chicken that also tastes like cardboard. Nothing additional. It looked like what they served at school, or even worse. Instant pasta in a cup is better than this. Even the lemonade is disappointing at its price. Don't know how this place survives.

Expect for sweet potato fries. Everything else was useless. Not worth it.
โขBurger has no stuffing inside and a basis frozen chicken patty ??
โขburrito is nothing but big ?. Small and hardly any filling with meat. I didn't order a veg burrito ?.

โ โ โ โ โ Burrito or Onigiri dude? u ask me to eat ? haha, please dont order at all, the nasi lemak pak adam's is just completely failure, tasteless chicken and super watery sambal(and tasteless too), the burger was fine (the bun), the beef inside just taste like chewing gum, they mixing bad meat in the burger? i'm not sure but my mouth won't lie. I beg you all dont go

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered spaghetti carbonara with chicken. The portion is so small. I was like "Seriously is this kid's meal?" The spaghetti was cold and the chicken was hard to chew. Taste was bad with sour smell. I guess the food was left for long hours before served. Strongly not recommended.
