★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a" rainbow tea" in Chinese and then it came out as black freaking tea ? Then I realized the English name of it is " rainbow pearl black tea " ??? i- you should change the menu because there's some confusing content ☠ and the pearl is unpalatable ?
Edit: I just searched online about the menu
So basically the crew just change the content of our milktea ? mango pearl and rainbow pearl to normal black pearl without inform us ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered bubble tea from this shop using grab food. The seller send me a wrong product. It is too late for me to change it when I realise it was not the item i ordered. I ordered dragonfruit pearl green tea with no ice, they provide me black pearl green tea with ice. Also, one of the pearl contains a short wire from the stainless steel cleaner. Used to love this shop but now I am quite disappointed with the quality of their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered a Rainbow Pearl Green Tea with 50% sugar, it was horrible. The quality has dropped so much. As a former bubble tea barista, I am 99% sure the worker accidentally put too much creamer, so the drink is now just creamer drink, there is no hint of green tea at all. My friend ordered the same drink as well, and hers was still slightly okay as there’s still a little hint of green tea. Furthermore, the rainbow pearl is HORRENDOUS. Taste like starch only, no hint of any other taste, just purely starch (even the aftertaste of the pearl). It means that it’s not well done. Please improve on your drinks. Never ordering chawanjia anymore, I am traumatised. Lol.
