β β β β β Very good service! Friendly and very accommodating to your needs. They also provide product trial for 2 weeks, which is great to see how effective the product really is. The CPAP machine has definitely helped with my snoring.

β β β β β Based on Dr's advise I had purchase from the sleep apnea machine from ErikG for my father. Product has been recalled by ErikG a year ago in June 2021 and up until now, despite following up countless time we have not received a replacement. When asked for a temporary machine we were informed we would have to pay additional charges for it. Now 1 year and RM5000 less later, we are still without a machine and a solution. When asked their reps Mr. Heng & Mr. Keith has asked us to call manufacturer (mind you our dealings if with ErikG never the manufacturer) to ask instead of providing a solution. For company in the healthcare line, this is completely unacceptable. Without the machine if my dad's oxygen level falls and, if something untoward were to happen, will ErikG be held responsible???? Most unprofessional, unsympathetic and poorly handled. PS: I wouldn't give even 1 star review but no choice since without at least 1 star it google doesn't allow to post.

Poor experience is not with Phillip's machine, but with ErikG's handling of a situation. it has been a year with no action or possible solution so I don't understand what further patience you expect from your customer. "please be assured" holds no meaning. If you can provide machines for trial purposes etc, why can't a temporary machine be provided to a PAID customer while waiting for recalled product to be fixed??
