★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first visited Dr Fong's clinic in January 2022 for my hearing problem which later turned out to be more serious than what I initially thought. Dr Fong had been very attentive and helpful in making me understand the whole situation. He explained in detail the treatment options available for me to consider. In the end I decided to proceed with the surgery as I was certain it was the way forward for my problem. The surgery was completed safely despite a few hurdles thanks to Dr Fong's expertise. He had been helpful right from hospital admission to following up on the post surgery conditions from time to time. He could be reached at any time should there be any problems. I have been recovering well and eagerly waiting for the final step in restoring my hearing.
I have frequented Twin Tower Medical Centre for my outpatient treatments and been very pleased with the nurses' and staff's professionalism. I will surely recommend Dr Fong to anyone needing an ENT specialist. He is kind and cool. Tq Dr Fong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr Fong’s clinic at TTMC for a ear pain and went through Myringotomy procedure which was performed by Dr Fong. He had explained probable causes and rectification process thoroughly which made me very comfortable to proceed with the procedure. Dr Fong was very kind and professional in ensuring the whole process was smooth including admission and medical insurance. Prior to procedure, he had ensured I felt safe and comfortable and was easily reachable post op. I’m glad to have had Dr Fong treating me and resolving my previously recurring ear pain. He also helped with another minor procedure so I didn't have to go thru any pain from LA. I was so glad!! I would definitely recommend Dr Fong’s clinic to get your treatment. You will be in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I just went because of my ear problems. Then I find out about my tonsil which effecting my ear, snore and apnea(difficulty to breath during sleep).. Yes I was scared at first when I hear my condition. But what I can say is Dr Fong a really good and caring person, very confident and competent in giving assurance and solutions to patient.. That actually really help me to boost my confidence to take up the laser surgery.. Thanks so much Dr Fong for treating me in the best way possible, best advice and service provided really help me when I overthink or when I'm down.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with this ENT Specialist. My visits began in November 2021 and followed by a successful surgery in January 2022. Dr.Fong was a wonderful surgeon, and his team was always helpful and kind. He had ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up.
Dr. Fong really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
I am so glad I chose Dr Fong ENT and I highly recommend anyone who has any issues with ENT, to immediately make an appointment with his clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words can express my gratitude to Dr Fong. It was by chance that I was in KLCC with my mother. We were discussing about her fall, and her knee doctor said that it’s not due to her knees. Most likely to being unstable. So we decided to see an ear doctor and when I googled, Dr Fong was nearby. He was also able to see my mom at such short notice even though there was a queue. He treated my mom with such politeness and respect that I swear my mom was smitten over him. I thought being in KLCC that the bill would be a lot, however it was so reasonable. We met Dr Fong no more then 3 times and now my mom is using her hearing aid. Dr Fong guided me on how to get her a hearing aid which the government provided to her for free since my late father was a government servant. She has not complained about feeling unstable anymore and she can now hear the telephone ring from the kitchen. We no longer have to shout to her as she can hear us and she too no longer have to ask us to repeat what we said. Life is so much better, with Dr Fong the ear doctor! ?
