Asked for solution told me can throw the vacuum machine and buy a new one. Please go SengHeng, even you buy a bulb is recorded. No ESH forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Sony Bavaria less than a year and it started giving problems. Contacted them, they told me they would be referring my case to Sony for follow up.
Waited 5 days no call from Sony. Today I contacted Sony. No report logged with them. Tomorrow MCO starts and their tech team can't do home visits until its lifted. What the hell has ESH been doing? NOTHING
Very poor service. Do not patronise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I was looking for a smaller fridge and staff was making comments why I am buying such a fridge and she couldn't find me suitable options. She ended up chatting on the phone with someone else and totally ignored me, and her fellow staff didn't bother to takeover also (there were no other customers at that time). No next time.
