This one star is not even good enough for them. I asked for morning slot delivery, they said canโ€™t give me cause itโ€™s full. Gave me afternoon slot (2-3pm). I waited till 5.30pm, still no show. Called so many times to the shop, they donโ€™t even update properly on ETA. The delivery guy is so rude too. Why is this shop still there? Old brand is one thing. Service is too horrible. Donโ€™t bother.

Bad service all the horrible comment is true. Wing heng is a very poor service company, run by a very rude man with an attitude. We bought a new Sharp 4k TV.tv not functioning on the 10th day. We call but keep reschedulling time. Now we haven't watch TV for a month, if you don't believe me buy from this company and you will experience what I experienced . If there is a zero option I will undoubtedly select it.

Really super duper bad service.. from morning order the electrical until evening. Ask for delivery no answer. Ask for the invoice for payment. Answer ok.. den wait wait wait til I wanna to scold him ady. Why still haven't get to me.. wanna to pay money ady.. I wan the item. Old company handle by old ppl..

Slow services, arrogant owner and staff. They just want to sell the items to you but don't care about the after sales services. Anything happen after you pay the money is your business, they won't entertain you nor give u any other possible solutions when they can't help out. The deliverymen used by them are so rude, messed up my place when doing the installation, almost broke my things, ignored me and show me the mean face when I asked them questions nicely. One of the Indian deliveryman almost punch my mother when my mother questioned him something on the installation, but stopped by another Indian deliveryman. This is unbearable for consumers to receive this kind of services. When I reflect the matter to them, they don't seem to care about that. In fact, the machine ran into some trouble after several days in use, turned out that some part is spoiled, which I highly suspected was caused by the rough installation. Although the machine is still covered by the warranty, but I don't feel good receiving this kind of services and bearing this kind of attitude from the owner. Your shop might have a long time of history, but it never justify the way you do your business. Even one star is too much for you.

Best price in town, despite some negative reviews in Google, I went to buy Samsung smart TV and the price was close to Samsung flagship store on Lazada.. attitude of the owner and salesman were acceptable..must give thumbs up to him for walking the talk by delivering the unit within promised timeframe. Furthermore, the installer was experienced and friendly, a pleasant shopping experience.

Bad service after sales...my refrigerator one door has auto close issue. He said can help me do warranty call Hitachi service until 2 weeks no news. At the end I call hitachi myself. What for you help ppl do warranty service?

Extremely bad service and attitude of the boss. Follow his instructions of paid deposit to lock the product price. Delivey can inform later. I had paid my deposit as advised and delivery will notify later. However when delivery come, the boss said no stock and price will increase again. This is really cheating.

Super bad service, I bought a washing machine model EWF1042BDWA, ELECTROLUX ULTIMATECARE 800 10KG FLW W SENSOR WASH, but the shop owner he sent me the wrong product which is model ELECTROLUX ULTIMATECARE 500 EWF1024P5WB, I called and inform the shop owner he delivered wrong washing machine to me, but the shop owner asked me to pay additional fees about rm1000 to top up and get the model ELECTROLUX ULTIMATECARE 800 10KG FLW W SENSOR WASH. Follow by the Philips styecare muliti styer-5, I keep asking the shop owner when I able to get it? Until now I get nothing, I tried to call the company phone number, handphone number or Whatapps the boss, he refused to answer my call or text me back. When they deliver the washing machine to me that time on 19/2/2022, they refuse to give me invoice and DO. May I know what i can do for this case? Thank you.
