โ โ โ โ โ It's good that they let your furkids roam around freely and they clean up after them quite promptly. Staff try their best to be friendly but no malicious intent here. Perhaps looking after pampered furkids day on, day out is taxing

Yesterday, Lara's foot got stuck in a drain. Her nail came off and it was bleeding.
Dr Chia's clinic was closed and another clinic gave me a 4pm appt.
I called your place and your staff said they will take a look at it.
They attended to her very kindly.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience !!!!! This shop deserved no star tbh but due to system I have to give one star ?. There is no time management. I have gave my pet around 2:30 but till 5 havenโt settle down . Next , I have asked my pet to be full shaved but they full groom which is really not recommended . Followed by the way , they handled customers are not attentive and rude . They charged too much for my toy poodle . Pls look into this !!! Thank you soo much ?. Next time pls double check with customer atleast communicate before handling any groomings .
