Love their's service, they will recommend that good shampoo for skin allergy for your pet.
The price is affordable and reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional! My poor friend's bubbly dog came back with an eye problem! Spend nearly RM300 to get her eye properly treated! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused, the shop owner even dared to fight and argue back. Completely unacceptable.

Send our dog there for grooming but ends up with the dog having serious eye infections. Our Vet treated the dog and suggested highly due to too much shampoo got to the dog's eye.
When call to query, the owner offer no appology but kept denying responsibility even without checking with his groomer.
If a pet shop owner doesn't love each dog more than their owner, he should not operate the shop as his main concern is just for MONEY. They are simply a non dog lover.
We have to spend extra RM200+ bring the dog to vet.
Another issue, they have member scheme for member discount. Do be careful as when you make payment, they will not ask you whether you are member or not, unlike most of others oeperation tht have member scheme. This proof again that they are going all out to take advantage and aim to make cheap & easy money.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, THIS IS THE SHOP THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID !!! ELSE YOU WILL REGRET....
