Never trust this seller. Bought a new monitor from them on shopee found the monitor speaker has annoying noise. The seller asked me to contact the manufacturer. I of course rejected, this is the brand new monitor, why ask repairs. Sent back to them for refund. The seller refused the refund and deny the faulty issue.
This seller is dishonest do not expect any after sales service. Don't buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great walk-in services, but due to COVID-19, no previewing laptops/products are allowed. Bought a 3k laptop from them and it's in perfect condition, box is sealed. They provided me with steps on how to activate Office Home and Student 2019, registering warranty online and claiming extra gifts, they are pretty knowledgeable too. One down side is that they don't like to handle after sales service, but they will still handle it. The price is nett price, no bargaining. Otherwise, everything is great.
