โ โ โ โ โ iTworld Service Center is an awesome place to get your gadgets fix or diagnose. The place is comfortable and they have ample parking for the customers.
The staffs are also friendly & well verse about the products.
This is truly the Apple Store in Perak. Steve Jobs must be proud.

My sis bought an iphone (11) as a second user and got warranty till October with e-mail and still valid but due to its origin of singapore apple product they ask for original purchase receipt and she didn't have it.
(I'm not iphone user, is it a prevention for stolen phone or what and I thought google said warranty is tied to the phone itself)
The auntie that handle her named M.K even gave a cynical view after being told that she's a second hand user.
I just hope that this auntie can adjust her attitude so that others won't be serve like that.
(Other auntie in the shop is super kind and nice)
It's her first time trying to use Iphone and our family is a hardcore huawei and xiaomi users.
The supplier that she buy from suggest to repair at nearest centre which is iTworld but as this kind of things happened, the supplier will handle it.
