★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Just want to make payment. Wait for almost one hour. Still in queue. Although when I register with the machine, the queue show I’m the next one!! Soooooooo, just one number, I wait for an hour, and still waiting. I won’t get any insurance again with etiqa!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens only from 10 am to 2.00 pm...what about those who are not aware of their new operating hours? Coming all the way only to be sent away. At least have the courtesy to ask if it's anything urgent that needs to be addressed. What a let down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but the queue system definitely needs an update/upgrade to a better QMS system. Majority of first time guests find it pretty confusing to use the queue system and staff aren't so helpful when it comes to this queue system. Otherwise, everything else is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services. I do claim submission on 3hb September 2020 for medical claim with their one of front liner, but until now, 15hb September 2020 the submission still not submit. She give stupid reason that i cant accept. Quit disspointed with their services provided. Customer keep waiting and waiting wihout any feedback. Please improve your services and work with responsibiliy and integrity. Customer is always right. Every services must have SLA to resolved.
