โ โ โ โ โ I visited the Prudential Seremban branch recently to file an insurance claim. I did checkout theย Google review prior to my visit and am bracing myself for subpar service. However, to my surprise, it was the opposite. The service was excellent. The staff that dealt with me was extremely polite and pleasant. She is patient and knowledgeable about the products. She assisted me with all of the paperwork necessary for my submission. This is in contrast to other insurance providers who require us to complete pages of forms on our own. The process is quick and this is by far the best walk-in insurance service I've experienced. Keep up ย the good work, fellas!
