Service so very slow...only one counter open...waited outside of the office for close to 30 minutes n still not being served. Saw another customer waiting inside...n he waited outside then hadi to still wait inside. He had been waiting more than 1 hour already. Plse improve your customer service by adding one more staff at least to man 2 counter instead of 1.

It is still working hours and they are not picking up calls... It took almost a week to get my claim where it can be done in 3 days time...my claim was for a different amount but ended up getting a different amount. Very dissatisfied n regretting for purchasing insurance from them...the insurance agents also talks so sweetly till we purchase, once we buy from them ready you can't hear anything from them... If u managed to get them also they are very rude and answers back irresponsibly... Fed up to the maximum with their poor service!

I had sent my loss of use claim to this branch at 7/13, the lady who work in this branch very rude. After I submit the documents, she say she will pass to KL branch for claim process, before I leave, I ask her name and name card, so I can direct follow up with her, but she resist to give and ask me wait for 2 weeks. Till now almost 3 weeks, I still did not received any feedback from etiqa. Then I called to KL branch, they say they did not received any information on this. Just now call to this branch, no any pick up the call. HELLO! THAT TIME IS STILL WORKING HOURS AND I AM TRY CALL SEVERAL TIME, STILL NO PPL PICK UP. Very disappointed with them, and I don't think I will purchase any insurance with Etiqa due to this kind of bad service from Penang branch

Called but no one answering the phone. Upon arrival then only being informed that we need to make appointment first. Staff was not really friendly as they did not follow what is requested by the customer. I wanted to withdraw my current car insurance NCB for my new car. We have requested to terminate the current policy and make a new policy but instead of getting done what we requested they did it their way despite we have inform them we have terminate our road tax and we need want to terminate the current policy as well. Instead of getting done what we requested, they just withdraw the NCB and we need to pay the difference. It really give us a hard time to solve our problems. Need to really improve and comply to what customer request.

Went to etiqa office here on 23 dec 2021 to renew car insurance... I took half day leave to come here but can't enter because i didn't make appointment.. The lady ask me to use online.. Stupid... If i want online i wouldn't waste my time.... And othe office close on 2.30 pm... REALLY DUMB excuse to use covid-19.. Now all banks closes at pre covid time... NOT A LOSS FOR ME BUT TO ETIQA... I WENT TO OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY TO RENEW MY INSURANCE... ???? DON'T USE ETIQA???

Services not bad, only 1 counter open so is not that user friendly. Be prepared to be waiting for a while. For the queue number machine, just slot your ic in slot and select anything on screen, your name will be auto queue in list. Very hard to find car park even it is paid car park. Tons of car double park inside these car park. Walk in customer auto entitled to 10% discount too.

I have no idea why they have landline. Furthermore the number is provided for contact. ETIQA should save some cost on that. Because YOUR STAFF ARE NOT ANSWERING ANY CALL! By the way, it should be very relaxed to work with them, highly recommended for job applications.

I've been trying to call Etiqa Penang for the past 1 week regarding about my claim status that I submitted to them in the middle of March 2022 but no one answering the call.. why do u have a office phone when no one is answering. Can the higher authorities of Etiqa look into this matter. We r not allowed to go there without an appointment and no one is answering the phone. How do we communicate with them. Im a person with permanent disabilities, i dont want to go all the way there and not allowed inside and come back. Please look into this matter seriously. I read the reviews and most of it is almost the same. Pls improve in ur service.
