★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEC 电器不要买~买回来三个月多热水器media 品牌不锈钢水管开始生锈，水管漏水向店铺投诉，店铺说普通铁做的水管当然会生锈，你沾水带酸性当然生锈借口推掉~现在水管漏水整个月叫人来修一拖了整个月才来，来了是跟我讲你的水压太高所以漏水不包修，我买的 带pump热水器你跟我讲水压高弄坏~低劣产品拿来卖，有事情推三推四~大家千万不要上当~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased Samsung 48" 3D Smart Curved LED TV (Model: UA48H6800) from SEC on 25 Feb 2015 and the warranty period of coverage: 25 Feb 2015 - 24 Feb 2021
Unfortunately, the TV has been broken down recently and SEC staff has collected the TV for repair purpose last three week
Anyway, we have received call from SEC customer service to feedback that they cannot find the spare part and will return the TV to us
Besides, they asked us to go ahead to complain if we are not satisfied with the service
Honestly, this is our first time to experience this kind of service level
