Is this another unproductive, non customer friendly service counter? One counter open with long queqe like this? Come on etiqa, are u kidding me, 1 hour here and yet to settle my business. Better close down or improve. Treat business like business ok...we paid etiqa for us to get insured.

Just came back from the Etiqa Presint Diplomatik branch, had to leave the place after an hour of waiting and did not even get to finish our business there. There was a long queue, but only 1 service counter was opened. Another lady at the next counter seems to be only interested in her work, oblivious of the growing queue, not even asking what the customers are there for... Service needs to be enhanced immediately, treat us like the paying customers we are.

Unethical motor Takaful agents that didn't follow SOP, there was also gap of service in comparison of Etiqa's Presint 8 which claimed specifically doing house Takaful which had push client/me to travel another 20 minutes to motor Takaful centre at Presint 15. Instead of doing like uniteller system which cater anything under the Etiqa umbrella in one

There were 2 employees only which take more time waiting to your turn. the office accepts paying with credit card, but if you want to pay cash, you must have the exact amount of money. I went out side the office trying to get the Five note changes.

very poor service especially when you want to claim back about floods..call too many times & respons back after 7 days..until now im waiting the adjuster respons come my my house..

Ok I understand having to take precaution against Covid-19 infection but last customer at 1:30pm is not the way to do it. Why MayBank, which Etiqa is part of, still open till 3 or 4pm? I think Etiqa is using Covid-19 as a scapegoat only, to cut in-person customer service.

Pathetic service addresal of customer. Only 1 center for selangor KL folks in Putrajaya with 5 days of waiting period. Everyone has allowed walk in now but Etiqa seems to be still lazy and keeping people wait for long in queue.
