This service is bad .. All the comments here are negative comments ... Even those who are 2 years old are negative comments too .. Yaoeim x give up Just left yesterday ... X professional .. Shame on others ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not deserved 1 star pun. Harap Ar-rahnu Yapeim dpt menegur staff2 yang bekerja di kaunter. Sangat biadap, tak menghormati client & tidak mencerminkan imej Islam langsung. Kalau nak bercakap tentang org pun, tunggu org itu keluar dulu baru la mengumpat. Ini mengumpat depan2. SANGAT BIADAP!
Not deserved 1 star pun. Hope Ar-rahnu Yapeim can reprimand staffing at the counter. Very rude, disrespectful to the client & does not reflect the direct image of Islam. If you want to talk about org, wait for org out first. It cursed the front. VERY BIADAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah bawa mak pergi situ tapi service lama gila padahal tak ramai pun. Ada je staff baik tapi yang kureng sikit tu muka mencuka mcm hina sangat kami ni. Layan macam tak berapa nak layan. Baru ni try call nak tanya pasal mak punya tu dia boleh jawab call kurang ajar gila. Kalau mak aku yang call kau jawab gitu memang sakit lah . Kau xnak kerja tak payah kerja.ingat aku je panas hati. Rupanya brlaka review YAPEIM putrajaya teruk. Berhenti kerja je lah kak!!!
I used to go there but the old service was crazy when there wasn't much. The staff is nice but the ones that have a little bit of a face look at us very much. It's not like you can do anything. This is a try call to ask about your mom who can answer a crazy call. If my mom calls you to answer that, it hurts. You don't have to work hard. Apparently the YAPEIM review was a bad one. Stop working for me !!!

And actly kat dalam ade seat. Staf pun, npk org dkt pintu bukak lah pintu. I xkn pernah nak gadai2 ni, i mampu je, tapi i tgh tolong org sesak. Ni choice yg plg i xsuka kena gadai emas. Sbb tu amik nilai pn kecik je dgn harga sbnr nilai emas. Please improve ur customer service, and kepada yg dtg nk byr ke apa ke tlg ikut turn org penat tggu lama kau sedap je potong Q. TAKDE SIVIK!
Staff is not friendly, first timer mmg lah xtahu xde turn number. And there's my sister Sorg, I've already cut Q i, x is really embarrassing. Shame on the bad behavior of sitting in Putrajaya. And actly kat in ade seat. Even the staff, if anyone is near the door, open the door. I xkn never want gadai2 ni, i can afford je, but i tgh please org crowded. Ni choice yg plg i xsuka kena gadai emas. Sbb tu amik nilai pn kecik je dgn harga sbnr nilai emas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.i was here about 2 or 3 months ago.the service was so slow and the counter clerk yelled at me because of their own mistakes( from the way she speaks i assume she is the kelantanesse.no courtesy at all.please kindly check the cctv.)and even underestimated me in front of other customer.it was a shame for me.i will never pawn there anymore.bank rakyat is the best.even the interest is a little bit higher but they serve me with the best courtesy in the world.
