They are really good at promoting the products (they will persuade you will all their heart to buy certain amount of packs to get some cans for free). We can try all of the variants before we buy the products. Their premium product is durian flavor which comes only in medium can size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condescending employees. Please learn some manners on how to talk to your clients. As for the popcorn, it is far from gourmet quality. The caramelization did not give the popcorn that crunch, and the husks was every where. That is not “gourmet”. Hence it does not justify the “gourmet” price.
Please visit the lowest level of Pavillion and spend a bit more at Garretts. Those are excellent. Or try Tong Garden’s popcorn if money is an issue. You will get better quality for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there yesterday and was very upset with the rude and condescending attitude of the staff, ruin my mood in shopping. My family like the popcorn and we usually drop by to get a few packets if nearby. Their usual style is to get you to try and try the flavours and of course we did. And when i decided to make my purchase of 3 packets, the staff make a sarcastic remark that he thought i am going to buy 20 or 30 packets! I am not sure if we sample too much flavour or take up too much space (5 of us) in that small counter? I have been getting from this outlet for many times and their service standard has dropped drastically from top notch 5 star to 1 star. I don't think I will want patronise from this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this Eureka shop. The popcorn is amazing, but the service is terrible at best. We have heard the employee telling the customers phrases such as "you better study the pricing chart, rather than asking me" and "if you don't hurry up I'll just pick the flavor for you".
If not for the great taste of the popcorn, we would walk out of the store immediately. If you are going to genting anyway, i recommend buying at the Eureka shop there will make for a much more pleasant experience.
The action of the staffs are the worst I've encountered over my whole trip in malaysia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at this outlet is top notch. The shop assistants are very accommodating and let us try almost every available popcorn flavour. Not only that, they kept throwing in free cans of popcorn when we bought a certain amount. There is a variety of sweet and savoury flavours. My personal favourites are Sour Cream & Onion and the Salted Egg. They are great as edible gifts to share with your friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eureka popcorn is different, it's coated with many choices of flavors such as BBQ, salted egg, seaweed, cheese, caramel, tomato, sour cream onion, durian, classic mixed, dark coc, curry, wasabi, white coffee, etc. tasty and crunchy delicious. Got some free cans of popcorn any flavor if we buy some certain amounts.
